After a recent rebrand, Chicken Cottage wanted to refresh the in-store experience across its UK franchise with updated menus and digital signage. The aim was to make the offerings clear, spotlight deals and popular items, and roll out a system that could easily work across multiple locations.
Working closely with the marketing team, we focused on solutions that were practical but engaging. Dynamic pricing was pulled directly from spreadsheets, making updates quick and error-free, while the designs highlighted key products and combinations to guide customers in a simple, visually appealing way. The approach balanced clarity, flexibility, and consistency across the franchise network.
The refreshed menus have helped improve the in-store experience and support the brand’s growth across the UK. They also gained wider exposure when featured on the 2023 episode of Chicken Shop Date with Keke Palmer, reaching 3.2 million viewers and strengthening the brand both in-store and online.
